Content Rights

You are giving us the right to distribute or display the first 300 characters and images of your content and you have the right to do so.

• When providing postreach a feed, you are giving postreach a non-exclusive right to republish content in part; this will be a free license.

• When providing postreach a feed the blogger claims to have rights to distribute the content and assign rights. (Example: You may not submit a feed that has content that you do not have rights to distribute)

No Splog (Spam blog) Policy

• If you content is splog by anyone’s definition, then we will consider it splog.

• If you have selected to have your content displayed on the PostReach showcase then your feeds will not contain advertising or content that you will receive compensation in any way such as but not limited to advertorials

• Our definition of splog includes but is not limited to:

• Advertisements of any kind

• Affiliate links

• Content positively mentioning any company listed on PayPerPost, ReviewMe, CreamAid, or any such service that rewards bloggers for mentioning a topic

• Any incentiveized content

• Popups of any kind whatsoever

• Postreach reserves that right to determine if the content is splog

• Your content may be commercial in nature if you have selected to be omitted from the PostReach showcase.

No Modification of Code

You agree to paste code exactly as per PostReach instructions. You will not modify the code unless expressly given permission.
